At Doggido, we are committed to providing you with products that help simplify life with your pup and keep those tails wagging. We believe in the quality of our gear and recommend that you use our products for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return, giving you and your dog plenty of time to get comfortable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@doggido.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, we likely cannot accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of Doggido. If you’re still unhappy, you may return your items after that 14-day trial, provided it is within the 60-day guarantee period.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products for the journey to your doorstep. An item is considered "damaged" if it has a functional defect or is physically broken.

1. Aesthetic Damage: Dented boxes or scuffed outer packaging where the product inside remains in good condition are not considered damaged.

2. Reporting: If your item arrives broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

3. Evidence: Email support@doggido.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine eligibility for a no-cost replacement.

We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or "pup-inflicted" damage (chewing, scratching, etc.) during use.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, Doggido cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, customs, or weather). If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
