Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered "dispatched" once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

Note: during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times refer to the duration of transit after your package has left our facility. These estimates vary based on your location:

Please note that customs clearances or courier delays during busy holiday periods are outside of our control and may occasionally increase these timeframes.

Order Changes & Accuracy

To ensure your pup gets their package on time, please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

1. Correction Window: If you spot an error, email us at support@doggido.com within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to catch it, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

2. Verification: If our system detects an address issue, we will email you to verify. If we don't hear back within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order to prevent it from being lost.

Delayed Delivery

We strive for speed, but sometimes life happens. Heavy weather, transportation disruptions, or high volume can slow down our courier partners. While Doggido is not liable for delays caused by these external factors, we promise to keep you updated and work with the carriers to get your package moving.

Lost or Stolen Packages

It’s a headache when a package goes missing, and while we are not responsible once the carrier takes over, we won't leave you hanging.

  1. Check First: Verify with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. File a Claim: We recommend contacting the courier directly to start a claim.

  3. Contact Us: Reach out at support@doggido.com. We will follow up with the carrier on our end.

While lost/stolen packages fall outside our standard refund policy, we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
